However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, please familiarize yourself with our return and exchange policy.

Returns:

If you receive a damaged product, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and initiate the refund process. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and process the exchange. Please note that the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return or exchange. We will guide you through the process and provide any necessary instructions.

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure that you carefully pack the item to be returned or exchanged to prevent any damage during transit.

Refund:

  • We do not offer refunds on our products, however if a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it upon seeing appropriate photographs of the damage.

We offer door-step delivery within 15 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000.
  • Standard delivery charge of ₹200 on orders below ₹5,000.
  • We deliver PAN India.
  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
  • Our delivery partner is Blue Dart. You can track your order from our delivery partner's portal.
  • Multiple orders placed by the same client in a short time frame will be shipped together.
  • Note: While we want to help you at every step of the way, in the slightest chance of a delay from the delivery partner's end, aroystore.com will not be held responsible. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered it will be returned to us and we will arrange for alternate delivery.
